Good condition 6 berth Avondale Perle Custom 1992 caravan with extras. Light and modern feel for a 1992 with gas & electric water heater and gas heating. Parallel sofa seats in the front with removable central table. Sofas can either be used as two small singles, or easily convert into a large king size double for two. Plenty of overhead and under sofa storage areas. Centre kitchen with 3x gas hobs, grill, oven, 3 way fridge with freezer compartment, sink, draining area and lots of handy storage cupboards. Centre washroom with fixed Thetford toilet and fold down sink above. Room also has shower (hot and cold) as well as shower tray flooring. Rear dinette/bedroom area comprising of 2 parallel sofa seats with removable centre table. Overhead cupboards with under sofa cavities for storage. Sofas can make a large king size double bed with an optional overhead double bunk sleeping a further two people making this a 6 berth. Caravan in good overall condition with all systems in good working order and tested. Gas and electric water heater work perfectly, fridge runs on all three power sources and heating lights first time.
